Senro offers complete sorting lines for a wide range of waste types, such as construction and demolition waste (CDW), industrial waste, municipal solid waste (MSW), and other material streams such as wood, metal, plastic and compost. Using our sorting lines, up to 95% of the total waste can be separated and recycled. Each sorting line is custom-designed in close collaboration with the client, involving extensive consultation on aspects such as the input material, desired outcomes, capacity, level of automation, available space and budget.
A simple sorting line can consist of a dosing bunker, trommel screen, sorting cabin (manual sorting) and conveyor belts. For more advanced sorting lines, additional components can be added, such as windshifters, optical (NIR) separators, flat screens, magnetic belts and eddy current separators, to further optimise mechanical sorting. Future expansion possibilities are also taken into account in the sorting line designs.
