Pols has a large and extensive parts warehouse. The stock includes over 30,000 items! With the availability of various parcel delivery services, including an overnight service, a high level of parts service is provided to Pols' customers.
Pols has a professional and well-equipped workshop where machines are prepared, repaired, modified, and overhauled. A team of approximately 20 specifically trained mechanics works daily on a wide range of professional machinery for our customers. In addition to the professional workshop, Pols also has about ten fully equipped service vans for maintenance and repairs on location.
Pols has two emergency numbers for faults outside of normal working hours, one for customers of Recycling & Ground Suction Technology and one for customers of Horticulture & Tractors. Our emergency service will, after a report, immediately determine which actions are desirable and possible to get your machine operational again in the shortest possible time.
Pols offers an extensive range of training courses for dealers. These technical training sessions explain both the operation of the machine and the technology incorporated within the machines.
Pols offers its clients a range of leasing options. For this, Pols works with reputable partners such as DLL. A lease contract for a machine is a practical solution with added value for many companies. Leasing allows you to keep your expenses manageable, as you pay a fixed monthly instalment, which provides clarity and stability in your company's expenditure.
